All Cleared Up: Measuring and Comparing Performance

For Virginia’s Department of Transportation, we redesigned and automated key reports to facilitate in-meeting data exploration and decision-making by a highly technical audience. The suite of Tableau dashboards combines disjointed data sources.

This dashboard component allows VDOT to assess how quickly roads are cleared after incidents. Managers can troubleshoot problems by comparing against geographic districts, targets and prior year data.
